:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

Linked folder opens in Windows Explorer, not in TrackerV

Post by Leopoldus »

I don't sure, if is is a bug or intended feature. If this is a feature, so I think it is not very logical, isn't it?

It is logical insofar as opening a *.lnk file will always run the associated program which in the case of folders happens to be Explorer.
I have to agree however, that it would be much nicer if TrackerV3 would just jump to the target directory. So I put this on the wish list. Thanks!
