'Working In Background' mouse cursor

It didn't used to happen in Windows 7, but now in Win8 I see it (relatively) more frequently, not very often though.

Since I'm on Win 8.x for a long time I can't seriously comment on late changes/increases here.

But I does see this cursor a couple of times indeed, mostly when some long-running copy jobs get done (usually robocopy backup/sync jobs running in their own contexts).
