Commented Files Not Moving/Copying with the file

I am trying XYPlorer 14.1 and I have perused the FAQ and forums and cannot find a simple answer.

Question 1: I have added comments to a file using XYplorer and they are attached to the file. When I move or copy the file to a different folder the comments disappear.
How do I get my original file COMMENTS to follow the file when I MOVE/COPY the file to a different folder on my hard drive or thumb drive that uses XYplorer?

Question 2: Is there a simple right click action that allows me to comment a file without using the Favorites...Comment on the menu?

I apologise if this information or feature is already available and I am too slow to catch on!

First of all, XY is deeeeeeeeep, so please be prepared to practice patience - it is required and worth it.

F9 | Tools>Configuration ...Could this be what you're looking for?

Afaik there's no such right menu entry yet available (to choose from F9>General>Menus, Mouse, Safety>File List...).
But: Have you tried F12>Tab Tags yet?
