Some common sense improvement on Menu

1) File > Rename Special template:

Should be named in more common sense way such as:
Upper case
Title case
Lower case
etc
(This also assist quick keyboard access, i.e: pressing T will trigger Title case)

2) Menu "Window" should have "Show/hide Menu bar"

How do you propose to select "show" when the menu bar is hidden?
A keyboard shortcut perhaps to restore the menu bar? Then the Window menu option becomes merely "Hide menu bar".

...and "alt-up" will cycle the menu bar on and off as well as command #1061 in a script.

I would love this feature to be implemented!

I would propose hitting the "Alt" button will toggle the menu bar. This is similar to how IE does it when their Menu bar is hidden.
