run network connection panel

hi, i have found this to see network connection panel (from cmd.exe): rundll32.exe van.dll,RunVAN
now i want run this with XY...how to? with open or script?

yes a very simple question...but anyway...
i've solved!
run new script: run "rundll32.exe van.dll,RunVAN";
