Custom Icon Folder Not Loading ?

I want a custom icon for a folder on drive J, this is how I have it setup, but the custom icon is not loading for the folder ?

Does it show the icon in Custom File Icon list after it is added?

If the full path to the icon is not provided, it looks for the icon in "XY data folder\Icons"

No it doesn't show the Icon in the Custom File Icon List. I place all my icons in XY data folder \ icons.

I named everything correctly, including the file paths.

Is not one of the above the correct method to apply a icon to all the folders on a drive ? XYPlorer is not seeing the icon, yet I place all my icons within

\AppData\Roaming\XYplorer\Icons\
