Remember reading on the Forum a tip that the way a file name appears in Menu | Favorites | Favorites Files can be modified by prefixing a quotation that you wish to see to the path name via List Management

Re: Favorite Files: path truncation
It's in the "Favorites Menu" documentation:
Though in the PDF help file the only mention I've found is on page 305 where it says you can give your POM entries friendly captions using a "syntax identical to captions in Favorites".
Code: Select all
::help('idh_menfav.htm');-

Re: Favorite Files: path truncation
Thank you for replying with both location and elucidation. Using "Code" to lead right to it was a very nice touch. Turns out searching for information on Favorite Files did not answer the query. Was not cognizant of how tightly Favorite Folders and Favorite Files are related.

Sometimes wish HLP and PDF mirrored each other more closely.
