Well that is what i am telling you see before setting XY to be the default file manager it is set that explorer is default FOLDER opener... then it changes to XY..... so if you would want to open a link for my computer, it still opens explorer ... because in the link it doesnt specify that it is a F...

Hey. I am still testing XY in my workflow and so far it has been cool.... I enjoy the way tabbed browsing works and stuff and i have several things i would like better BUT i have this big bug that makes XY useless to me which is sad because i thought i finaly found a way out of explorer crashes.......

that's the problem - the setting is already set to open in the same window.... so i guess you probably need another registry line or just change the existing one ...

P.S. thanks for help guyz but i am not such a noob ... :)

Ok i have used Xyplorer for a while, and i used wiki advice to make xyplorer my default file manager so i want to go back to explorer.exe due to the bug i have described in BUGs section, and i used the reg file that is posted also in wiki ....... problem is ... now instead of opening each folder in ...

about .ai and .eps - Xn View has this function .... i beleive it uses ghostscript to generate the previews.... when you think about implementing the pdfs ... some time in the future you might want to look how Scansoft Paperport handles pdfs .... (or mac for the unlinear example) that you can flip th...

Hi, i am just exploring the possibilities of this brilliant product and i have got a little question ... Right now i am trying to get xyplorer to mount an .iso (or any other) disc image onto my virtual drive via keyboard shortcut. I use alcohol 52% and in windows explorer it has a shell context menu...
