I was talking about XY's version of the copy/move status dialogs.
So, the whole thing should be considered a bug, and I should report it as such?

Dialogs open on primary monitor, not monitor XY is maximized on
Maybe it's a minor annoyance, but I thought I'd mention it and see if any other users comment... Here's my setup: * 4 monitors arranged at the same vertical level, adjacent to each other horizontally * primary monitor (laptop's display) on the far left * XYplorer running maximized on 3rd monitor (co...

Re: external input to show specified tab...AND FILE
I'm rather surprised that no one answered my recent question, but I'll go ahead an answer it myself: So it turns out that when the XYplorer title bar flashing was occurring, I had the Alt key held down when invoking the XYplorer command line (and script). You'd think that it is a bit hard to do thos...

Re: external input to show specified tab...AND FILE
Rereading the history here... aside from the minor burble I seemed to have in 2018 (which must have been a non-issue since I didn't pursue it), this has been working great for me for a long time. (Also from a reread of the history: The two versions of the script seem to be the same, not sure why thi...

Re: Shift+Click on Path column to open new tab
Nice work to select the item; but if the containing folder has a large number of items, and the item-to-select is not near the top, the selected item isn't shown to me (unless I manually scroll down looking for it). My solution was to add this line after the selectitems $file; line: sel "+0&quo...

Re: Shift+Click on Path column to open new tab
Nice solution, highend ; bonus points for a mod to it that auto-selects the item (from the Quick Search's Name column) when the new tab opens?

Re: Files Count on List
The short scripts by Jupe are cool; they work, I like them. I'd like to always have such columns enabled, but I find when switching to the root of a drive with a lot of files, it takes a long time to calculate the data, resulting in a UI delay. I understand this (it has a lot of work to do), but I'm...

Re: Rocker-click is different for list-view Name after move to new PC
@jupe,
It isn't exactly intuitive that that was what was needed, but it worked perfectly to restore my desired functionality.
Many thanks!

Rocker-click is different for list-view Name after move to new PC
On my previous computer, in the List view, I could do the "rocker click" (left-click-and-hold, tap-and-release-right click) on a Name column item and get a popup menu where it would show exact path that would be copied if the item was chosen, exact file..., quoted exact path..., quoted exa...

Re: Drag & Drop .EXE onto CMD window
Sorry for the extraneous "bump". I found the one thread first, then with some more extensive searching found the other one. Interesting about XY dragging and dropping to Notepad.exe not working. I just tried it on my Windows 10 and I agree that it does not work. As a Notepad++ user, where ...

Re: Drag & Drop .EXE onto CMD window
>I have some plans for Drag & Drop an my table that will probably fix all those issues. Any of those plans come to fruition? I can't get anything to drag-n-drop from XYPlorer (20.10) onto a regular (non-admin) CMD.exe window command line. The mouse cursor changes to the usual white-box-with-plus...

Re: external input to show specified tab...AND FILE
So I've been using the "ScrollIntoView" script (above) successfully ever since the date of the prior postings in this thread... At version 18.70.0000 of XYplorer, it stopped working. Running it as described above causes XY to either run (if not running) or activate (if running) but it does...
