Re: same open folders in different tabs
Well, it would be nice if this feature would exist. It does makes sense somehow imho? The Tree View automatically stands in relation to the right pane. Where is the logic/the advantage when the tree view corresponds with another tab with a different folder at the same time (which you don’t see in th...

Re: same open folders in different tabs
... Kind of. Imagine a tab like a "second instance of xyplorer" ... all panes, left treeview, right pane, whatever, stays the same for this one tab. If you change anything in this one tab it stays .. whatever you change in another tab.

Re: same open folders in different tabs
Yes, Mini Tree is an option that helps, but isn´t rather the same as i am trying to explain. But thanks for the hint as a workaround.
My idea is "include the statusquo of the tree view in the tabs" .... and maybe this is an idea that collides with an overall idea which i haven´t understand.

Re: same open folders in different tabs
Hi, thanks ... i´m just wondering where the advantage in this tab-tree-syncing-behavior might ly? Or to put it differently: i really like the ability to open tabs to keep specific, often used locations nearby (those favorites do change often, though and i do not want to define them as "favorite...

same open folders in different tabs
Hi, i realized when i open a network subfolder in a tab, another tab with having for example root/folder C: selected (and all network folders are closed) also opens this network subfolder (only opens it on the left pane, not selecting anything other than c:) . This makes no sense to me and is distur...

Re: new items in context menu
... which leads me to the question from above .... Thats brings me to the question (if this problem is solved) how to be able to do the right right-click when there is no defined white-space at all in the right list-pane? if the list-pane is filled with files/folders there is no white space. If i re...

Oh no, yes, again, it does what it says. One should be more careful when playing with settings and stealing time of others.

Menü - Werkzeug - Dateiliste anpassen - [x] Ganzzeilig auswählen [deactivated] Konfiguration | Allgemein | Menüs, Maus, Usability | Maus | [x] Namensspaltenweit auswählen [was activated, but no changes when deactivated] Any of the two are active (and you are clicking on the (empty) right part of the...

Re: new items in context menu
This is what i get when i right-click in a "white, empty" area in the right pane (list-pane?). Maybe my definition of white-space is wrong? But i wouldn´t know where else i should click to define the place where i would like to create the file/folder ...

Re: new items in context menu
Yes, please see attached screenshot and a quick "interim-question": i can´t get the settings of the "Spalten" (The things on the top that give you the details .... name, filesize, ecc ....no idea what that german word is called in english) to stick. Whenever i change the settings...

new items in context menu
Hi there, first time xyplorer user. Seems great! One question though. Searched, tried, read the help file ... i cant make the context menu show me "new items". This line simply doesn´t exist whatever i put in data\NewItems (and there is already a New.txt). Would love to create txt files an...
