Easy integration of TeraCopy (without scripts)

Post by krissebesta »

Can you please allow an easier integration of TeraCopy into XYplorer? I've spent a whole day trying to get the freaking scripts to work to no avail! ARRGH! :x

Otherwise, thanks for a such a great utility!

You will soon get "XYcopy 2.0", a copying feature inside XY that will greatly reduce the need for things like TeraCopy.

Until XYcopy 2.0 comes, we could guide you step-by-step with setting up Teracopy. What exactly is your issue regarding this?

Hey Serendipity, thanks for the offer! Really appreciate it. However, I stumbled across fishgod's FANTASTIC step-by-step guide to setting up TeraCopy with Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V (copy and paste) which is how I do all my file copying anyway (I've found drag-and-dropping prone to my fat fingers). I like your solution with the catalog as well, I'm just so used to doing it with copy/paste it's almost automatic now.

Have a good one! Cheers! Kris

FYI, I'm currently down in the XYcopy 2.0 coding laboratory. You won't see much of me here while I'm there. I should be back on the surface at some point within the next 8 weeks.
