Folders Not Showing

XYplorer Version 28.30.0400 (64bit)
Windows Version 10 (64bit)
Screen Scaling Percentage 150%

My client purchased a Asustor Lockerstor 4 Gen3 AS6804T NAS. It has a app, EZ Connect, that permits a remote user to attach to the storage unit from a remote location, as a local drive.
Under Xyplorer , it shows the mounted drive, but it does not show the folders on the drive.
If I use windows Explorer it shows the mounted drive and the folders on the drive.
Is there some setting missing in the config.

Thanks

I didn't ask if refreshing the list does change anything...

::fresh; in the address bar, hit the {ENTER} key.
Does that new XY instance have the same problem as the current installation?

No that didn't do anything either.
Also note the app. Ez Connect, is suppose to act like a cloud connection
Thanks

I don't know how exactly that software mounts the storage unit.

Type exist "d:"; into the address bar, hit {ENTER} key
Ofc you need to replace the "d" with the letter for that storage unit on that system!
Post the output in code tags:

HasFolderContents: False - Error 5: Access is denied.
What happens if you quit your running XY instance and start it with admin permissions?

I ran Xyplorer as admin, no change.

I am contacting Asustor about another problem, due you think I should ask if they have seen this problem before.
Thanks
