If you enable the "Startup window state: Tray" option in the settings of XYplorer 28.10.0200 (x64), when you start XY, in addition to the icon in the tray, an empty XY icon appears on the taskbar.

Probably fixed in the next beta.

Thank you.
I have a suggestion: add an autostart option (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run) in "General/Start & Exit," at least for the installation version.

Hi. The issue still hasn't been resolved for me. I was using the 32-bit version.
Today I decided to install the x64 version 28.30.0100 again, and the issue mentioned above persists.
If you enable "Startup window state: Tray" in the XY settings, when you launch XY, in addition to the icon in the system tray, an XY icon also appears on the taskbar. Maybe this only happens if there is more than one monitor in the system? I have 4 monitors.
In addition, I discovered another bug: if you right-click the XY icon in the system tray and select "Exit", XY disappears, but the xyplorer.exe process remains hanging in Task Manager. The next time XY is launched, a new process appears, even though the "Allow multiple instances" option is disabled in XY's settings. This means you can end up with multiple xyplorer.exe processes in Task Manager.
If you exit via the "File/Exit" menu within XY itself or when closing the application (with the "Minimize to tray on X close" option disabled), the xyplorer.exe process disappears from Task Manager).
Alas, I’ll have to switch back to the 32-bit version again.
