Here is a link to a YouTube video of my question.
The focus of the previously selected folder remains, so if you drag and select a new folder, the focus will not be changed.
The only way I've found through past questions is to select with Ctrl+Click folder. Then any previously focus will disappear.
Is there any preference setting to solve this?

That's by design. What's the problem? If you want to change the focus along with the selection simply click on the folder.
