Files (in folder view or in search results) clicking any file not work from first click, need to click another file to show preview, also clicking on white space remove preview image, and zeroes clicking that need again click two times on 2 files that preview will work, It's a bug

Never heard about this (and cannot reproduce). Maybe you expect full row select but haven't turned it on? Try this: Tools | Customize List | Full Row Select

Tools | Customize List | Full Row Select only affect row selection nothing more, and this setting turned off by me, turning it on not solve the issue.
Ah, It's happens only with images (preview pane by side) (clicking on other files: pdf, txt etc. works well), if after clicking on white space and then on image not work need make second click to other file in order to click again on needed image),
this issue was not happen in previous versions

I've installed version 27.20.100 and this issue not happens.

Got the same thing here. Just went from ver 28.00.0500 to 28.00.0502. ..Still happening. Thought I must have done something odd to my config, but can't come up with any fiddling I've done recently. Plus it seems so minor, I didn't want to mention it unless I saw someone else with the same thing. If I've got a single jpg in a folder, and no other file to click on, then I'm stuck with a blank preview pane unless I toggle the preview pane off/on. If I then click focus off the single file I'm viewing, and back on again, results in once again a blank preview screen, and have to toggle it again to see preview. I can recreate this always.

Some other info on it.
...Hoverbox is fully working immediately, before and after clicking on file name, all normal.
...I can toggle floating preview and full screen preview just fine with the focus on the filename, kill them, and still blank preview screen remains.
...Only noticed this recently, so I don't have a feel of when it started...
...Also does not show up in my 'side-by-side comparison' with XY32 running 27.20.0102 (pretty much same configs)
...Also remains a problem in XY64 using 'fresh;'

I just wanted to let others in this thread know that I'm experiencing this exact same issue but it seems to only affect the 64-bit builds. The 32-bit builds seem to display the proper preview on the initial click of the image.

Unticking this might solve it for you:
Configuration | Preview | Mouse Down Blow Up | Mouse Down on Thumbnails and Icons | On left mouse down

Unticking or changing back this setting works only for one time when previously was clicking on file that doesn't show preview, an then clicking again doesn't work, as one of users said single file in folder you are stuck, with empty square of preview in preview pane, please solve this as for 27 versions

First time folder opened, nothing clicked, and nothing displayed in preview pane on the right; First time clicked on either file: preview pane shows grayed box in frame, there is some popped box different from empty preview pane (marked in arrow); Second time clicked on any other file (preview pane shows actual preview - marked by arrow) - The same effect can be get by using maximize button (change window size))

Actually it must be shown already from first click on file, and if folder consists of single file it stacked with no preview or click maximize button (change window size)

"0" would have been enough for an answer.

Try to turn off file info tips:
Configuration | Information | File Info Tips & Hover Box | Show file info tips

It's not problem with the configuration, cause the same configuration exists in v27.20.0400 (x32), without above problems
The problem still exists in v28.00.0600

Now I could reproduce it! Fixed in next beta!
