Windows file properties not transfering

Hello,
I use XYplorer daily, I am a frequent user of Solidworks to which I can apply properties and some of these properties are added to windows file properties (example is title and author). In windows explorer, these properties show up in the title column. when opening the properties of the file in windows explorer, the details tab reflects that information (title and author is shown).
If I do the same in XYplorer for the exact same file, the details tab of the file does not show the title or author correctly.
Does anyone know a fix for this? The files physical name is the part number and the title serves as the files description so would like this to be shown correctly.

Do you open the properties via the 32 or the 64 bit menu of XY?

How would I check this?
I've never dug too deep into XYplorer.
