Is it possible to have XY display folder thumbnails but exclude hidden files?

Simply don't show hidden files?

If it was that simple, I wouldn't be asking. I'm not showing hidden files and still see the thumbnail on the folder.

UPDATE: So it seems that only some folders are having this problem but I can't see what the circumstances are that makes it happen. I shall investigate further.

Ah, you mean the folder thumb is made from a hidden file?

Yes. But I realised I'd made a mistake in the desktop.ini. Got it sorted now
