Create hyperlinks to search result paths

Not sure whether this has been asked before, but is it possible to copy a search result report where the path automatically gets assigned a hyperlink to the paths location by using the drive letter when pasting in Excel

e.g. path A\ would be automatically created into a hyperlink to for example C:\A\ as the directory is in the C:\ drive

You would have to modify the report yourself (e.g. via scripting or regular expression(s))...
