OT: customer gets no email

I have a customer who tells me he did not get his license key. Now I know why he did not get it, because I was informed: "his account is temporarily over the maximum allowed mailbox size." :roll: Only, how can I tell him??? Shall I write him a postcard or better send a pony?

How much contact info did he provide in the email? Enough to locate him for a postcard?

I would hope that if he's got a full mailbox that the fact he's not getting new emails would clue him in to do something like clean house!
