Hi, is it possible to hide icons from the catalog (similar to how tree icons can be hidden using Tools > Customize Tree > Show Icons)?

Long time user but finally spending some time playing with Catalog.

I'm not aware of a "just hide them" option...

There is a generic tweak (viewtopic.php?t=3898) but it still doesn't hide icons
What you can (partially) do: Create an icon (24x24), totally white (if you are not in dark mode) and append it to your caption "|"-delimited.
Some entries can't be overridden that way though

Why (would anybody want to do that)?

btw, the GenericIconsForCatalog tweak still works. It shows generic icons for EXE etc. Makes it faster.

Reason I'm asking is because, in dark mode, the colorful folder and other icons in the catalog take up some mental/visual space. I only noticed this after I turned OFF the tree icons and noticed how clean and peaceful the UI looks (I've hidden my toolbar as well). So I thought why not also hide the catalog icons as well! One can only hope...
