How to Delete Tags?

Using 25.80.0200 on Win10

I decided it's time for me to experiment with the Tag feature. I can't remember using Tags previously, but there are two existing tags in the Add Tags window and I can't figure out how to delete them. In addition, opening tags.dat with Notepad++ does not show these entries. Lastly, Configuration > Information > Tags shows that there are currently 0 items tagged. Which I assume is accurate as I have no recollection of doing anything with tags before. But it that's the case where did the two already listed come from.

[EDIT: I failed to mention that after creating a backup of tags.dat, I deleted it. But there was no change.]

How to I remove these two entries?
