Forensic times - for the paranoid?

Last year I read something about forensics, don't remember where, but one of the things mentioned was that sometimes timestamps on files indicate that something fishy was done with them, e.g. if the seconds and fractional seconds are all 0.
So why not add a function to YX to set timestamps (only the time part) to a "forensic" time, i.e. something like 12:34F, where the F resolves into a random number of seconds and milli/micro seconds, and more importantly does so for all three timestamps, irrespective of the stamp it's used on.
