Folder Refresh - Custom Evenet

I want to be able to double click and refresh folder sizes of current pane when I click in free space in bread crumb bar.
Tried a lot of ways but could not get it to work.
Would appreciate if someone can help me with it.

I am a noob here and could not have guessed it. Is there a list of such custom functions as numbers?
