Automatically changing labels based on conditions??

Right now I have color filters based on the availabilty status (property #303) to reflect the online availabilty of OneDrive based files.
But I realized that the color coding that reflects the availability should not occupy the name column (as color filters do), because in the name column the color filters should make me aware of some VERY special (and preferrably only temporary) circumstance that affects only a few files, e.g. overlong path.
Therefore, I would prefer if such an automatically changing colorful indicator could be limited to some extra colum. The label column would be fine for me at the moment.
So, I am thinking, could this be realized with labels already today? Maybe a set of predefined labels that change automatically according to the value of that property? Maybe via scripting? But I can't think of a way where I would put such a script, so that it changes / refreshes the label as soon as the property changes. Any ideas anyone?
