How to Syncronise Duel panes folders and Files ?

Hi Guys,
Can someone please advise me on how to do this?
I am trying to sync browes and scroll 2 drives!
I have Hard Drive D: & E:
they are almost a mirror of each other for content.
I would like to have them in a duel pane
D: drive on the left pane E: drive on the right pane.
As I open folder1 in the left pane I would like folder1 in the
right pane open up, and as I scroll down the listing of folder1
in the left pane I would like the right pane to keep in unison as in synced
scrolling.
And as I close folder1 in the left pane the same would happen in the right pane,
then I would move on to open my next folder and the right pane would do the same,
and so on for all folders and files on the drives.
