Found this when searching for a way to switch between different views of objects in different folders...

view with a single keystroke. A folder view includes column layout, sort order, list
view, and list style.
That was in 24.9x and presumably is in 25? The more I read about Folder views I think what I'm looking for is Session Views.
I have videos in one folder structure and use a horizontal split view with multiple tabs in each.
Now I want a photo view where I have a single pane sourced from a completely different folder.
Then be able to switch between them with the views and folders remembered.
Is that possible?
