XYplorer Beta Club

This week I began getting a Reminder every time I start XYPlorer, that a new version is available, inviting me to upgrade, but my license is ineligible for the upgrade( I have passed the eligibility time period).

If I choose Cancel, it continues to appear every time I start the program. If I select OK, it reminds me Im ineligible. I choose not to upgrade at this time.
Is there a way to disable these reminders? I dont see an entry in Windows Task Manager for this reminder.

Configuration | General | Startup & Exit | Check for updates on startup

Insert photo button above isnt loading the jpg file, and simple copy and paste is not functioning- only inserts text at beginning of this line.
However I see the picture when I do previews, so perhaps there is some atypical design of this forum. Thanks

I looked at configuration again this morning and box was again selected to check for updates at startup. I realized that in XYPlorer selecting OK when I make a change, doesnt lock it in. I must also Save the configuration with a File column command on the main screen. That worked when I rebooted the program. Problem is resolved.
