Switching tabs, and opening a tab from the command line

Two quick questions, if I may:
- How do I switch tabs using the keyboard (i.e., what's the keystroke equivalent of clicking on a tab)? Ctrl-Shift-T and clicking on one is a little clumsy...
- In Explorer, I regularly open an Explorer window from the command line using "explorer (directory)" - often "explorer ." to open the current directory. Is there a command-line way of opening a new XYPlorer tab on the specified directory?
Thanks,
Paul.

Typical

I found the answer to this one just after I posted - Ctrl-Tab and Ctrl-Shift-Tab. Sorry for the noise.
Now if anyone can answer my other question before I find
that one as well...
Paul.

You can have shell context of XY if you want:
Tools> configuration> Advanced> "XYplorer in shell context menu".
For command line options this might help:

Update: Sorry the grey part is unnecessary for this post.

Yes, that's it. Thanks a lot - I should have just tried first, I guess...
Sorry for the dumb questions.

You don't have to be sorry, in fact you can give us feedback about how easy or difficult it was to locate something. If something has to improved and some obvious thing is missing etc.
Newcomers like you can be of immense help for making XY more user-friendly.
Update: My personal opinion is that there should be a direct link to XYwiki from the forum (a sticky post or similar).
When users cannot find something on XYwiki or forums then others can help them out.

Agreed! We don't see it the same way a new user would evan as much as we try to do so...so please help US out if you can!

Also agreed! I'd actually envison a sticky in the various sub-forums, esp TTQ&A, but also Bugs & Wishes...
In the TTQ&A one, I could see a variant on a FAQ with links to related pages in wiki as sometimes users don't know what to look for in wiki.

Good idea.
