My apologies if this is rather obvious but I'm unable find the feature I'm looking for.

When clicking on an item in the navigation tree on the left I'd like the main pane to list the subfolders contained in that folder as well as any files within the folder. At present, all I see are the files which I find a bit disconcerting.

Can this be done and if so how?

No folders? Tick View | Show Items | Show Folders in List. (It should be ticked by factory default.)
