Win10 UWP Photos app opened by double-click an image file can not show other image files in same directory, while same action in win10 explorer can.
I tried open image file from within XYplorer with 64bit mouse right menu or 32bit mouse right menu's Open command, the same problem.

Is there any settings have to be changed to make the windows uwp photos app act as opened in win10 explorer?

BTW, |"Windows Photo Viewer" {:Image}>::run """%SystemRoot%\System32\rundll32.exe"" ""%ProgramFiles%\Windows Photo Viewer\PhotoViewer.dll"", ImageView_Fullscreen <curitem>" is shipped with factory defaults for a while now. You just have to tick it in Tools | List Management | Custom File Associations...

And you need to remove the leading "|" to be able to use it with a double click

I searched the web for a long time and found no way to resolve this problem, but the explorer can do this, that's weird.

The above CFA works here as in you can scroll through all the other images in the same folder.

The CFA above uses old windows photo viewer, the one I mentioned is the UWP app. Sorry I didn't make it clear.
