Is it possible to 'merge' folder content views? As in, have two folders in separate locations but view the contents together as if they were one folder. I'm not talking about subfolders where Branch View can be used. I mean folders from completely different locations - even from different drives.

Use a quick search pattern with "|" separator, e.g. <folder1>|<folder2>?

Thanks!!!! It works great entering the search pattern in the Address Bar. Is it meant to work using the Quick Search window? Because, it doesn't for me. Using QS adds both folder paths to end of the already existing path in the AB instead of replacing it. So, instead of the AB ending up with two folder paths being entered, it has three and throws an error: "The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect" and shows the path that was already existing in the AB. Am I missing something?

However, having read the Help file, the section for Quick Search via Address Bar says "There is an extra interface for Quick Searches accessible from the Edit menu". To me, 'extra' implies that what can be done in the AB can also be done in the QS window; extra = additional, another way to do the same thing. And, the section for Quick Search says "Alternatively, you can run Quick Searches directly through the Address Bar". Again, to me this implies that what can be done in one can be done in the other; alternatively = another way to do the same thing. Perhaps the wording of these could be changed to clarify that they are not the same thing and the same results cannot be expected using both.

That Help section for the AB also says "The ";" (or "|") may be surrounded by any number of blanks" but if I use "|" as the separator, placing blanks before or after it gets no results and displays itself as a Visual Filter instead of a Quick Search. Blanks before or after ";" work as expected.
