Explorer Folder "custom icon" support

Would like XYPlorer to support Explorers ability for to customize default folder icons.

We currently use ...

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Icons]
"3"="C:\\ProgramData\\Tools\\Branding\\ICO\\Folders\\001-Blue.ico"
"4"="C:\\ProgramData\\Tools\\Branding\\ICO\\Folders\\001-Blue.ico"

to override the default "yellow" Explorer icons with our own icon.

3 and 4 are the only ones we use but there other many other that can be used. The codes that I can find by Googling the above Registry key are ...

Below is an example ... the "cyan" icon is an explicit change to show an alternative icon, the Blue icons do not show up in XYPlorer.
