Is it possible that XYplorer pre-loads the contents?

Is it possible that XYplorer pre-loads the contents so when you search a file, the search result is visible immediately? Like Google desktop, Windows Vista, Copernicus etc.

I'd say definitely not, as those products are mostly in a totally different product type/group, and are not file managers but are desktop search engines.

I disagree as it is a standard feature in Windows file explorer (Yep, in Vista, which is not quite a new OS anymore).

No, the non-index search is a trademark of XY ever since and will stay like that. However, in a future edition you will be able to cache search results!
