or a way to bind alt+f4 to minimize to tray

Alt + F4 is a system-wide hotkey, better respect that^^

i would argue that alt+f4 should do the same thing as the window close button does

but all thats really needed is a keyboard shortcuts entry for 'minimize to tray' so that its possible to assign alt+f4 to that instead of 'Exit'

But the system wide alt+f4 doesn't click a window close button^^

you either write e.g. an ahk script to handle this or you forget about the idea...
