Search Highlights in Scrollbar (like in Chrome and Firefox)

I love the "Type Ahead Find" feature with its highlighting. Would it be feasible to add highlights in the scrollbar, like in Chrome and Firefox? This would enhance highlighting a lot (except for "Prefer matches at beginning") in folders with many files or subfolders.

Not as long as I use the Windows scrollbar control. I have plans to write my own scrollbars. Then anything will be possible.
