Configuration window: Some subordinate check boxes are never grayed out

Open the Configuration window.

Select the Tags section. Notice that if you clear the "Toggle tags by column click" check box, subordinate check boxes (Label, Tags, and others) stay as is, while it is expected them to be grayed out.

The same for "File Info Tips & Hover Box" section. There are two such "boss" check boxes there.

I have just started to examine 23.00, so this issue can be in other sections of the Configuration window as well.

xy 23.00, win7

Since this isn't a bug, it's a design decision that you don't agree with, I will move this topic to WIshes.

Personally I dislike it when you have to enable a main checkbox to then be able to configure child settings, the indenting relates the subordinate nature without needing disabling.

Perfectly put.
