Here's one I never saw before. This kept me from the forum for about an hour.

Lots of 'Overloaded' page breaks, just viewing forum posts.

I'm currently considering Hostinger:
https://www.hostinger.com/. What's your opinion of them?

Helpful to catch up on this thread, FWIW I have been unable to access the forum for days from the UK. I constantly get the overload message that others have mentioned. I looked on the website, which I can access with no problem, to see if there was any info about the forums. Maybe it might be worth adding a notice when there is a problem with the forums?
thanks
Ach

Hostinger
Never even heard of them before *shrug*
all-inkl provides a demo account for a week for free. if it fits you you can convert it into a payed one and if not...
I've stopped using the forum to some extend, I'm getting the overload message 9 out of 10 times I try to refresh the site^^
You could at least exclude all Windows 7 hosts, it seems the majority of AI bots comes from them.
Had the same problems on the PB forum and once they were excluded it became instantly reusable again

Yes, the last days it's a miss most of the time.
I'm still wondering why. And why only now.

Back in my younger days when I used to jump around testing web hosts, Hostinger had a pretty good reputation. I do not know how they are these days since I have been with StableHost for the last 16 years. They offered some special coupon that knocked about 80% off the plan cost plus free domain registration, and they have still been honoring it. Because of that, I have had no reason to switch since it only comes out to around $4 USD per month.
That said, I do not really keep up with the web hosting space anymore, so do not take this as a recommendation for StableHost.

Well, moving to IONOS was a disastrous business decision. Permanent accessibility problems since Feb '26, and they are getting worse recently, making XY almost invisible. Existential blow to the business. IONOS's human support team (once you break through the AI wall, which gets harder by the week) has proven to be incompetent and sadly unenthusiastic about solving problems. And it's impossible to break through that wall of morons to talk to anybody that has a clue. So, XY will switch host again. Probably to ALL-INKL.

Welcome back!
It must've been a really rough few days, but I'm happy to see the forum is up and running again.

It works fine without VPN, but not with it (while all other sites work fine)... Mullvad VPN, Sweden - Malmö
So there is some geoblocking active?
