I'm slightly shocked. Forall I know these values should be the same in each Win7.

Here are mine (copied from the list in File Info Tips):
win7extendedpropertyvalues.png
The metadata layout for images in Win7 is:

Code: Select all

"1,2,3,4,5,10;30,31,32,12;234,233,238;24"
The photo-relevant indices:

Code: Select all

      ' 234: Blende (Aperture)
      ' 233: Belichtungszeit (Exposure time)
      ' 238: ISO-Filmempfindlichkeit (ISO speed)

231 Ereignis
232 Lichtwert
233 Belichtungsprogramm
234 Belichtungszeit
235 Blendenzahl
236 Blitzlichtmodus
237 Brennweite
238 35mm Brennweite
239 ISO-Film...
...
249 Abstand
250 Weißausgleich

Strange :?:

Maybe you are the only one having different values?
Seems all others have the same difference?

It's this property that's missing on my Win7 and accounts for the one-off difference on all higher indices:

Code: Select all

173	Shared
My Win7 has:

Code: Select all

173 Creators

You have:

Code: Select all

174	Creators
But note that I'm not the only one. Here's e.g. a list (scroll down to the Win7 section) that's identical to mine (only mine is longer):
http://www.kixtart.org/forums/ubbthread ... ber=160880

You can find more of these lists on the web.

Pretty nasty situation, since I'm not aware of any way to find out the index by name of a property. And additionally there is no official or unofficial list for the names of the properties! All quite foggy...

Did a quick test: YES, it's better - ISO is shown now!

Still strange: viewing the .nef still shows empty "Kommentare:", while .jpg shows correct value.
Oh - compared to Win explorer: it doesn't show it either. I think you should ignore it
