Images File not opening iamages in sequence?

I got to C:\users\Rodney, and tried to add folder "App Data" it was denied, "there is already that folder"
It did not show up in any explorer I have

The folder is hidden by default. Even the standard Windows Explorer can show it by just checking (on modern OS via the ribbon): View - [x] Hidden items

I have always had View : Hidden Items for years
In Win explorer and ACDSee

Now in my windows 10, I rarely have work hobby on this computer
so I had failed to do it.
So it was hiding in plain sight.

I shall do that straight away.
