2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

Configuration > Preview > Thumbnails > (Button) "Clear..." ==> Generated the error.
Then went into the associated folder and manually deleted the contents.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Yes, the List View was displayed in a Thumbnail mode, the Configuration dialog invoked.
