Already exists: Tools | Customize File Associations... Thanks for another 80!

Not so fast, young Padawan. I have the 'Customize File Associations' set up and use it ocasionally. What I'm actually missing is a smooth integration into the context menu.

You probably have your hands full with x64. I shall write a proposal when the migration is complete.
(Basically, start with barebones "Native context menu", add items from "xy open with menu", and a few niceties like a useful "Open With" item. And how do I get the TortoiseGit integration back? Hacking the Windows context menu via Registry is no joy, been there, done that).

Look, this adds it to the shell context menu:

But using the dropdown menu of the "Open With" toolbar button is faster, and using Ctrl+Alt+Enter to open that menu on the selected file(s) is the fastest.
