Vertical toolbar & menu icons

I have a very small toolbar, as I have placed all the most complex things in automatic context menus. I would like to ask you to make the toolbar vertical, as it will fit into half of my vertical space and free up more vertical space.

I would also like to ask you to make drop-down shelves with 2-3 buttons instead of drop-down lists. Im pressed the button, and a micro toolbar appeared with user-defined buttons

Please make the icons in the drop-down/context menus huge, otherwise it's unusual to look at tiny icons that are inferior to the toolbar.
