Fast Intra-Volume Folder Move

I've just updated to the latest version (v25.50.0100) and going through the beta notes, v25.50.0001 says a new tweak has been added - CustomMoveIntraFastFolder - and that it's "enabled by default (even for upgraders)". I've checked my config file and it's not there. I know I can manually add it but can someone please tell me what section of the config file to add it to?
