How to launch the Control Panel in XYplorer?

You have completely changed the script, press the Select All button above the code block where the script was provided earlier in this thread, and paste that into the dialog, not your heavily modified version.

And in case it isn't clear yet, since Control Panel is a part of Windows, it will always load in a shell window (which just has similar looks to Explorer)
