Custom Event Sounds accessible from tools->Configuration

Hi
could be added in the configuration from tools->configuration a way to open ?

I think i will be more intuitive and easy , i can't find even in the help file ,and for a new user could be even harder seeing he/she is not register in the forum

The Edit Event Sounds dialog is not ready for the road yet. In its current state, it's okay to hide it a bit.
