Search and replace in file names?

Good day, folks. Been using this for a few years now - raving fan but still using just the tip of the iceberg amount of features in it so far.
Just today I stumbled on the Folder Sync feature (Yippee!)

But my question is about whether I can (and if so, how), rename files to remove/replace characters within the file names?

Specifically, Plex wants me to use () around years in file names.
However, I have used [] and have a LOT of files that I'd like to change.
Can anyone suggest a method to accomplish this?

Right click them, Rename Special -> Search and Replace...
