Info Panel Tabs - Remember per tab basis

I often find toggling between the info panel tabs as and when I switch a tab. Currently, this state is common across all tabs. Can it be made to remember on per tab basis. New tabs can inherit from the last open tab / factory default.

Use case:
Search tab: Find Files is the active tab
Tagging: Tags is the active tab
Images: Preview is the preferred tab
Programs: Version
Root folders: Properties

Yeah, this has been wished years ago one or two times. It seems useful. One could add a toggle to the tab properties: "Remember State of Info Panel" or so.
