If you don't have the necessary codec, install e.g. the K-Lite Codec Pack to add support for .webm

Webm files are previewed fine here in the preview pane.
You can add the webm extension to the "Windows Media Player Rich Preview Handler".
Then it works in the XY floating preview pane and Windows Explorer for me.
I also have the K-Lite Codec Standard installed.
Windows 11 Home, Version 25H2 (OS Build 26200.8457)
Portable x64 XYplorer (Actual version, including betas)
Display settings 1920 x 1080 Scale 100%
Everything 1.5.0.1412b (x64), Everything Toolbar 2.3.0, Listary Pro 6.3.6.99

You can make it loop if you preview in the Preview Panel instead, Ctrl+4, and press the orange button in the top right, and select "Play Again", you'll need the Preview Pane closed though

Is this gallery of 4 attachments to show that it works now or is there a problem?
I for one am not going to analyse your screenshots in order to figure that out.
