Blank panes on start-up

Each time I start xyplorer from scratch, I get blank panes (I have a two pane set-up at the start, with three tabs in each for common folders). I have set up xyplorer to start minimised, but on initial load it never does. After about three of four restarts, it finally starts minimised with files and folders showing in the panes. I have uninstalled and re-installed a couple of times, with a complete clear-out of registry etc., to no avail. Anybody had similar?
