Tabsets - as: syntax and MLS

I just found that the "as:" syntax of tabsets (top of page 435 of the Help) is language-dependent. Specifically, now the "as:" is substituted by string #84.
Is this a bug or a feature?

In my opinion the scripting language should not depend on the system/interface localization.

11.90.0104 now works flawlessly with Italian translation, thank you!
